Leeds Refugee Forum (also known as LRF) is a charity that provides practical support activities and services benefiting refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (the UK GDPR) Leeds Refugee Forum processes your personal information (otherwise known as personal data), including Special Categories of personal data, in order to:

  • Send you our newsletters if you have registered to receive them
  • Provide and run our services
  • Monitor and report on our services
  • Make sure we comply with any statutory or regulatory requirements
  • Deal with any enquiries or complaints raised by you and respond to any communications from you.

We may share this information with:

  • Other organisations or agencies to support your case
  • Third party service providers, such as SIM card providers.
